At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our wool and knitwear. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse in France.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
